The USCIS officer at today’s interview was very polite but strict. She was ready to fire her questions away and my clients were ready to answer. She also verified all documents and made sure every little detail was in order…and they were. My clients will tell you I am a bit of a drill sergeant mixed with fairy godmother when it comes to prepping for interviews. But when the officer said “you will get your card in the mail in 2 weeks” it all feels so worth it. Over-prepared lawyer = happy clients!

We did it! It was a complicated case but we had a GREAT interview. We thoroughly prepared the file and our client for the examination. The officer asked very few questions. In the end she said “you submitted all the records. It’s all there and it’s clear” At we understand and believe in the importance of preparing a complete application, meeting all legal requirements and addressing any issues in the initial filing. Anuncian Orden Para Diferir Deportaciones en EEUU de Venezolanos por un período de 18 meses. Aunque esto no es TPS, la orden permitiría que los Venezolanos que habitualmente residen en EEUU a la fecha de 20 de Enero del 2021 pueden permanecer en EEUU y aplicar a un permiso de trabajo por un período de 18 meses.
DHS aún debe implementar la orden y anunciar el proceso de aplicación.
