We're building the future. Earlier this year we announced plans for Ponce Park Residences, a 16-story tower with ground-floor restaurants and retail and a .75 acre green space with an urban park to join the landscape of Coral Gables. Drawing on the design of iconic Coral Gables buildings like City Hall and the Hotel Colonnade on Miracle Mile, the project will feature a double ceiling height arcade and a natural stone-covered podium façade.
