SAVE THE DATE….Join OCC Recocery Kitchen and our other sustainable efforts at Costa Mesa City Hall for Earth Day on April 22nd!
Save the Date! On Friday, April 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the City of Costa Mesa will hold an Earth Day Festival at City Hall. Visitors will be treated to a symbolic tree-planting event, picnic areas, EV displays, yoga, games and activities for youth, art displays and much more. Vendors will be on hand from the Costa Mesa Sanitary District, the OCC Recycling Center and Recovery Kitchen pro-green industries like IKEA and Tesla. Mark your calendars and we hope to see you there.

A shout out and thank you to Ken, Brian and Kyle for being amazing fishermen and helping us with our cause! Our kitchen was able to produce 437 meals of fresh bluefin tuna with help from our Directed Practice students. Chef and I can’t wait to go fishing!!!
