Early Edge California, in collaboration with a variety of early childhood professionals, developed a Multilingual Learning Toolkit for educators, administrators, and higher education faculty. OCDE Preschool GLAD® was a part of this initial program and has been involved in the development and ongoing support of the toolkit. This toolkit offers strategies and resources that are free and easy to us. We encourage you to go on-line and explore!

Thrilling journey last week! Our Project GLAD® NTC Training of Trainers: Advanced 3-Day Research & Theory Workshop, was a deep dive into education excellence. Elevating skills for a successful Agency Trainer Certification.🌟📚 Looking forward to the next adventure at the Advanced 5-Day Classroom Demonstration in June, where they will be one step closer to completing their certification & become Agency Trainers!

Unlocking the Power of Preschool GLAD®! Last week, our dedicated team, Melanie, Jeannine, and Christie, led an enriching Preschool GLAD® training that offered a transformative 1-Day Research & Theory Workshop, where participants delved into strategies for working with adult learners, understanding the Preschool GLAD® model, and honing skills as presenters, facilitators, and coaches.

This was followed by a 4-Day Classroom Demonstration, where participants observed OCDE Preschool GLAD® in action and received expert guidance in processing, reflecting, and planning for success. The week was filled with collaboration and skill-building!

Preschool GLAD® is all about nurturing a rich language and ideas environment, and our training prepared participants to share this vision. We're proud of the incredible educators who joined us, and we're excited to see the impact they'll make in the world of early childhood education.🌟📚
