Meadowlark North Fork by will host a wine dinner at at on Saturday, October 19, at 6 PM, led by Gabriella Macari, as part of “James Lane Fest”.

Menu items include bibb lettuce with quinoa, feta, mint, avocado, and green goddess dressing; roasted striped bass with mushrooms, wild rice, and butter sauce; grilled strip steak with potato puree, seasonal vegetables, and beef jus; and Cavatelli pasta with butternut squash, sage, and hazelnut created by Executive Chef Nathan Hitchcock, paired with Meadowlark North Fork’s wines.
