😏Isn't it interesting that we LOOK FOWARD to a particular day arriving in the week? We should be looking forward to EVERY DAY in the week!

Too many of us dread Monday to Thursday and CAN'T WAIT for the week to end.

WHY IS THIS?

🔷Lack of purpose
🔷Lack of connection
🔷Lack of meaningful work / service
🔷Lack of clarity of goals / values
🔷Lack of intention

Ideally, we should all be looking forward to MONDAY if we are connected to purpose, passion, meaningful work, intention, etc.

Every day should be seen as a fabulous opportunity to serve others and contribute to something meaningful and live out our best life.

Don't let an arbitrary day of the week and typical weekly workflow dictate how you perceive every day.

The most successful people in the world maximize and enjoy every day. They do not view the weekend as more or less fun and the week as more or less productive.

The day you can find something you enjoy doing every day EVEN WHEN you are losing, is the day you have found what you meant to do.

Our mind can be seen as the climate or atmosphere to our body. When the climate or mind alters, we FEEL it! 🖐️

Anything that controls the way you feel, you are VICTIM to! 💯

We all have the ability to control our mind but it takes practice. 💪

Slowing your mind down and participating in heathy activities helps you gain agency of your mind. These can be:

✔️Meditation
✔️Journaling
✔️Walking nature
✔️Exercise
✔️Reading

These activities can cultivate POSITIVE thoughts that been scientifically proven to make you healthier.

Thoughts produce EMOTION and the stronger the emotion, the more attention we place to our thoughts.

What we pay attention to hopefully get addressed.

Through repetition and practice, you will realize nothing OUTSIDE of you creates emotion. You create your emotions through how you process and work through your thoughts.

Your emotions essentially dictate the weather inside your mind. We can't necessarily control the thoughts that enter our our mind and we do not have to believe everything we think.

However, we do have the ability to control how we process thoughts and what emotions we allow to manifest.

Take care of your mind, it truly dictates all thought and action we take in this world.

😀Let take the GOOD Habits:

Overtime, if you do the right things, some examples of positive results are:

💠 Getting out of debt
💠 Having a profitable company
💠 Becoming #1 in your craft
💠 Marrying the proper spouse that lasts a lifetime
💠 Creating a stellar reputation that opens doors wherever you go

☹️Now let's look over some examples of negative results produced by BAD habits:

🔴 Getting a divorce with your partner
🔴 Getting Type II diabetes / becoming obese
🔴 Going bankrupt
🔴 Becoming a drug addict
🔴 Getting let go from your place of work

👉The INTERESTING THROUGHLINE in this message is YOU have the CONTROL of your habits, actions, and thoughts. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you and is most likely making excuses to why they have not been successful.

Your habits and standards dictate what you get and tolerate in your life! Be careful what you choose to think and do every day.

Just know this:

💣YOUR HARD WORK WILL PAY OFF. Maybe not when you want to or in the exact manner you thought it would, but IT WILL. What's your other choice? Quit? Let's be REAL, that is NOT an option for a winner!

Be patient. I know this answer sucks and it overused but so many people do not exercise this skill.

Far too many fail because they quite and doubted their potential. We all have what it takes and it all starts with our daily disciplines throughout every single day!

💥 What you do TONIGHT, dictates how your TOMORROW will be 💯

Don't take this truth for granted! 🙏

One MAJOR thing I notice many people NEGLECT doing is holding an evening or nighttime routine.

It seems common and normal for us to be rushed, tired, and "behind" in the mornings.

However,

❌This should NOT be the way it is!

As leaders, we should be hyper-focused and clear about the priorities and tasks that need to be accomplished the following day.

⏰Spending 30-60min every evening to can literarily put you on a different trajectory to excel to places and heights you are meant to reach.

Examples of things to do every evening to set you up for success the following day:

💠Journal thoughts on how you day went (What did you accomplish, what made you happy, sad/mad, what did you learn, etc).
💠 Create a "done-for-the-day-list" for the following day
💠 Get your gym clothes out and bag packed to lessen the friction and excuses for not going to the gym the following morning
💠 Have a 10-20 minute mediation / quiet time practice to decompress and consolidate thoughts from the day.
💠 Prepare food/snacks for the following day so you can avoid making poor food choices.
💠 Genuinely sit down and think about 5 specific things you are grateful for (Not to be alive or general health - make it detailed).

👉When you have an intentional evening/nighttime practice, you can greatly increase the odds of your success and ensure you are on the right path orienting towards goals and aspirations.

No one is TOO BUSY to INVEST time on themselves! We are all counting on you! 🙌

😡Hatred, negativity, doubt, resentment, jealously...These are all SIGNS OF someone who is HURTING! 💯

👉Chances are you have been through a time when someone was hating on you or was negative towards whatever you were doing.

Someone who is projecting negativity towards someone else is struggling internally and more than likely has jealously towards the things they could not accomplish or wish to accomplish in their life.

🙌It is never easy to deal with HATE on any level but just know this....

✅That person is struggling & more than likely envies you
✅You are on the right path & in the uncomfortable stage of growth
✅ These moments are tests to judge your character
✅ Your focus should always be impact & to not entertain petty things

Never treat 🔥 with 🔥.

Let negativity and doubt from others be sign posts that you are GROWING and doing things others only wish they could do.

Show these people love ❤️. Let them know you feel for them and want to make a difference. You would be amazed about the response you may get.

YOU ARE THE PERSON OTHERS NEED TODAY! Be the LIGHT 💡 and the example. You are meant for GREATNESS. 💪

💯The SMALL things matter in life. We often are "TOO BUSY" and over look the many seemingly trivial aspects to life.

👉Our culture has GLORIFIED and focused on "hustling" and "grinding" for way to long. This negates the plethora of ESSENTIAL aspects that make us human and allow us to be happy and fulfilled.

Here are some examples of "SMALL" things we often overlook:

✔️ Empathy for others (Professionally & personally)

✔️ Communicational skills (Refining our ability to connect with others)

✔️Being CONSTANTLY clear about what your "why" is (Write it down)

✔️Getting feedback from others on how they feel about us (How we could improve the relationship)

✔️Daily reading / learning (Personal development)

✔️Meditation / quiet time (Being alone with your thoughts)

✔️ Consistent exercise program (Ensuring your fitness is daily & improving)

✔️Adopting a sensible diet (Care about what is going in your body & what is necessary for you)

✔️ Assessment of your service to others (Are you providing an impact to others?)

After assessing many individuals and small businesses, it is 💯% clear there is little to no emphasis of these "small" aspects/activities.

💎THESE ARE THE THINGS WE ALL NEED MORE OF IN OTHERS!!!!

WHY?

The quality of our relationships dictate the quality of our life! 🙌

When we individually GET BETTER, we DO BETTER! And when we DO BETTER, we IMPACT BETTER!

Acting tough, robotic, and callused is does not get you an award. In fact, it shows your lack of personal development.

🙏Let's all aim to get 1% better today. Ask someone else how they are doing, read a page in a book, go workout for 20 minutes, walk outside alone in peace for 10 minutes, clean up your diet!

🙌🏽Change your aperture to LONG TERM THINKING. Successful people aren’t reactive and near sided.

Let’s be real, times are hard for many currently. 💯

When times are hard, we make decisions based on emotion. 😤

These emotions are never long term and just a blimp of our existence.

The problem with this is that our emotions drove us to act/react for the short term.

Short term thinkers are good at doing things for tomorrow or next week or even next month.

👉🏽The problem with this thinking is that short term thoughts don’t lead to long term successes.

You need to envision your next 6 months, year, 3-5, 10 years.

WHY?

If you are thinking about your life long term, you can properly orient your actions and thoughts accordingly today so they can eventually align and allow the life you want to come to fruition.

💥Easy, short term decision often lead to difficult, long term consequences.

I challenge everyone to get initimate with your desires for your future. Literally grab a piece of paper and and pen/pencil and construct the life you would be enthralled to have.

This excercise will make it much harder to act and think primarily in the short term!

Who has ever walked into a business or worked with a business and felt like it a was a TRANSACTION!

Disgusting 🤮

👉🏽It’s infuriating to feel not special, seen, or heard when you are supporting someone else and spending your time and money!

It should be your duty🎖to put customers FIRST and make them feel like a guest in your house!

In today’s economic climate, businesses that operate to the status quo and do the bare minimal WILL BE EXPOSED 🔍.

If you are a business owner or employee, try connecting today with even one of your customers.

Listen to them.

Make them feel they are the most important.

Create an experience they will remember.

If none of this jives with you, WHY THE HECK ARE YOU IN BUSINESS?

Self-centeredness can only take you so far.

Assess how you treat the people who are essentially supporting your paycheck.

We all have heard TIME is our most precious commodity.

Well say we do protect our time well and we start eliminating the things we don’t need to do in our life and streamline our schedule.

Say we even start delegating and outsourcing tasks that we do not need to be doing as our time is better spent elsewhere….

👉🏽Then WHAT THE HECK do we do with all this time we gained back?

✅You really need to have a plan in place with what you are going to do with your gained time in order to:

💠Spend more time with the people you love
💠Spend more time doing the things that enrich/fulfill you
💠Spend more time creating and living your best life
💠Spend more time being of service to others

❌Don’t just rattling off “time is the most important commodity…”

🙌🏽Starting thinking, “how do I want to spend the minutes, hours, and days of my life?”

Your actions follow your beliefs and thoughts. Be intentional. 💯

Happiness is a feeling and knowing inside of you that can always be felt and experienced.

In a world of growing, addictive technology, obsession of materials, and an over-glorification of rare human's lives, we come to a crossroads where the human spirit is conflicted.

Conflicted with what it means to live a fulfilled, happy life.

👉Living a life centralized around yourself will more than likely lead to much despair and disappointment.

Choosing to be a part of something BIGGER THAN YOURSELF is a worthy cause that will aid in living a fulfilled, happy life.

💥Living in SERVICE for others is always gratifying and a way of life that can be carried out for a lifetime.

WHY❓

👉When times are TOUGH, it is easy to cast BLAME and try to point to something external to tie the reason to.

These statements 100% take away your CONTROL and ability to have autonomy over life.

Playing victim is one of the LOWEST forms of energy you can embody and emit in the world. STOP IT!🛑

The HONEST TRUTH is NO ONE likes a complainer...that includes your family and friends.🙌

No matter how close someone is to you...they DON'T want to hear you complain and dump problems onto them.💯

WE ALL HAVE OUR PROBLEMS! And expressing problems frequently only creates negative energy that makes it difficult to get out of that mindset. You are manifesting and attracting negative things in this state.

❌Healthy relationships aren't 100% bliss, happiness, and ZERO conflict.

They are ACTUALLY the COMPLETE opposite! 💯

Relationships are:

✔️ Nuanced
✔️ Complex
✔️ Fragile
✔️ Required for our survival
✔️ The gateway to our happiness
✔️ The foundation to aspects of life

They require:

✔️Consistent effort & communication
✔️Intentionality
✔️Vulnerability
✔️Honesty
✔️Patience
✔️ Compassion

👉The odds are if your relationship has ZERO conflict, you are not being 100% honest or spending enough time with that individual.

In deep, meaningful relationships, conflict does surface, disagreements are vocalized, and respect is always had. 🙌

💥The most impactful relationships are those that are 100% transparent and those where you can be your authentic self with no JUDGEMENT. No judgement does NOT mean no conflict; it simply means you do not have pre-conceived ideas about the other person and put them down.

Don't aim and set expectations of your relationships to be 100% happy, smooth, and always in agreeance.

🎯Aim for forming and maintaining relationships where ideas can be openly discussed, debate can be embraced and respected, and where mutual fulfillment/enrichment can be experienced.

Let's rethink our beliefs on the "healthy" relationships and start to intentionally be the someone we hope to have in our life.

Relationships DICTATE THE QUALITY of your life and yet many of us neglect fostering them so they can remain healthy and meaningful.

💥THIS IS NONSENSE...TRULY!

Every aspect of our life requires or involves a relationship:

✅A relationship with yourself (How you feel about yourself)
✅A relationship with others (Professional and personal)
✅A relationship with yourself to something else (Food, money, habits, etc).

Start implementing small habits and rituals around IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS:

🔹 Schedule occasional calls to have an open evaluation of your relationship with someone else (How am I doing? What can I do to improve/deepen the relationship?)

🔹 Communicate more frequently on the phone or in-person (So much of our communication is done via text ONLY)

🔹 Be creative and think of new things to do either alone or with someone else to create new experiences (In business we seem to have an easier time creating and inventing)

🔹 Self-educate or learn something new together with a special someone (Many of us are used to learning new things in our work but never do for personal growth)
