In 2022, there were 10.9 million one-parent families with children under 18. Data from the annual release of America’s Families and Living Arrangements shows that 80% of these families were led by mothers (census.gov).

Single-mother households are a common part of American life, and Women Build Dallas is committed to empowering these families. Every year, they provide a home to a deserving single-mother family—and this year, IEA was proud to lend a helping hand. 🛠️🏡

👔Last week, members of our Drainage team took part in the Technical Summit in Dallas. Kyle Moynihan, PE, CFM, and Rakib Siddique, PE, CFM, ENV SP had the pleasure of meeting new industry professionals and reconnecting with familiar faces.

The Summit presented insightful information on the latest advances of floodplain management and provided a collaborative environment to engage with our peers across the industry.
