Our coat drive doesn’t officially kick off until September 15th but if you are out and plan on donating this year, we have already started to see some great prices! These were at Costco but Sam’s is running a similar special also! Of course Walmart always has them for around $20 too!

We received 4 coats in the mail today that didn’t have a name! If you sent them, let us know! Thank you so much! The start of the coat drive is getting closer! We will officially kick off September 15th!

This always reminds me of our mission! Thank you to everyone who has been there every step of the way! As long as we can help 1 person, all the hard work is worth it!

The coldest days of the year are some of the most special to us. When you know all the hard work was worth it. Knowing that all of these coats have gone to children who would have otherwise gone without. I am so thankful for each and every one of you that donate your time and money to help. All the coats have officially been delivered! Because of your kindness, 3 charities in the area are able to help their children in need this winter! ❤️ 274 kids…you don’t realize how many that is until you picture them all together! Words cannot describe how thankful we are. They say, “Be the change you want to see in your community” You all have definitely lived up to that!

A HUGE Thank You to everyone who made this year a success! We know times are hard for so many and we appreciate your generosity more than you will ever know!

We have all jackets accounted for and this year we collected 275 coats!!!! What?!?! You guys blow me away!!!! I honestly didn’t think we would hit 100 because times are tough and I am just so excited for all these babies waiting on these jackets!

When you forget you scored an amazing deal on coats in February and put boxes of coats in your attic for this years coat drive! 🤦‍♀️ Thankfully I found them in time!! 58 coats!! We were lucky we had a cash donation last fall from a charity at my work and were able to buy these in the off season! 💕

I know this time of year I can wear you out with our coat drive and thank you’s… but this makes it all worth it. This is just one of the children you have helped this year! 😭 A mother reached out on a local fb page looking for anyone that may have an extra coat they have outgrown for her daughter. Thankfully, we haven’t taken ours yet and were able to help her. We may never see the faces of all the kids you help, but they are out there! These times have taken a toll on all of us and I appreciate you all so much.

Just a few days left to donate!

For twelve years you have blown me away with your generosity. Our first year we set out to collect 5 coats, we collected over 30. Last year, we collected over 200 and the year before over 300! What a blessing. The change you have made in these children’s life is indescribable. I can never thank you enough.

If you haven’t heard about us, I’m Tiffany! My family and I have been collecting new coats every year for at-risk children of the Dallas/Ft.Worth area! We started this over 12 years ago! We have continued to grow our non-profit to be able to help meet more of the critical needs of children and families on the area.

We are a 501c3 charity, which means any donations made by you or your company can be a tax write off! 🙌 *If you know any companies that would be willing to host a Jean day or anything to help with our cause, please let me know and I will contact them to set it up!*

Once we collect the coats, they will then be donated to Hope Supply in Dallas! They work with the shelters and social workers around the area to meet the critical needs for children in our area. The cut off for donations this year will be October 15th! That will give them time to get the coats sorted and on their racks before the first cold hits!

Currently the most needed sizes are toddler and elementary school aged children.

Walmart usually has the best quality for the most affordable prices! Usually around 20.00! Please remember all coats must be new with tags for them to be donated.

The social workers come to the location and shop for the children’s sizes and take them to them! A HUGE Thank You to Nancy Wilson Kroeger! She chose our charity as her Birthday fundraiser in May! We received a check for $120 today for the donations she collected! Thank you Nancy for thinking of us. We would also like to thank everyone who donated to her fundraiser!

A HUGE Thank You to McKinney Service League! They gave us a generous donation last year during our yearly new coat drive. We had funds left and we were able to make a donation to another program that is special to us.

Our mission is to be able to help any Man, Woman or Child in need. We decided to focus on giving back to the local Womans Shelter. We went out and purchased items that were on their most needed list!

Their donation allowed us to purchase:
4 Alarm Clocks with charging ports.
60 Clothes Hangers.
9 Pillows.
18 WashCloths.
8 packs of hair ties.
16 bars or soap.
4 Hair gel.
12 Deodorant.
16 Travel Hand Sanitizer.
10 Kids Toothpaste.
4 Body Lotion.
4 Vaseline.
72 razors.

We cannot thank you enough for teaming up with us and helping make a difference in these families lives.

We are so thankful for each and every person that has donated over the years! The amazing thing about coat donations is that most of the time they are passed on to clothe siblings and other family when they outgrown them. There’s is no telling how many children in need have been kept warm over the years due to your generosity! 💕
