Minister R. L. Taylor is a Licensed and Ordained Preacher of the Gospel. He is an Alumni of Southern Bible Institute and Seminary in Dallas, Texas where he studied Theology and Spiritual Life. He is a National Recording Artist registered with ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) releasing three projects to his credits.

He founded the Quartet group, The Sons of The Father of Arlington, Texas in 1999 who had 4 nominations and won the Rhythm of Gospel Awards Male Quartet Group for 2016 in Memphis, Tennessee, June 25, 2016. The Sons of The Father of Arlington, Texas were nominated for awards for TGMEA for 2020.

Our Brother is currently an Adult Christian Education Instructor who received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanities in 2008.

He loves his wife, four children, and six grandchildren. However, his testimony is that nothing in life would matter if He didn't know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. He states, "God is everything, I mean everything to me." "All that I have, I am or ever hope to be, I give all the Glory to God in the name of Jesus Christ.

Tia Woods is a single mother of five. She was born in Dallas, Texas but grew up in North Hartford, Ct. She has been a resident of East Hartford for 25 years. Currently she is active in her community politics. She is former Vice Chair of East Hartford Veterans Commission, Chairperson of East Hartford 4th district, Town Constable, Member of EH Town Committee, Member of EH Democratic Women's Club, Notary Public, former Member of EH Connects, founding member and treasurer of the East Hartford Black Caucus and volunteers her time for various causes to help her community.
She believes it is everyone's civic duty to give back to their community in some way or form. Tia is also the founder and owner of ITS the Room, LLC, a consignment boutique geared toward giving other small business owners an opportunity to brand and expand their businesses by placing items on store shelves. She is a believer that multiple streams of income is one of the many paths to financial freedom. This is also one of the ways of controlling your own destiny. She is also a mentor to youth in her community and a role model through her own life experiences. Tia is also a former Financial Broker and Licensed Life Insurance Agent.

Her passion and purpose is simply to help others shine and see their worth in whatever endeavor they have. She focuses on her three E’s
Encourage people to follow their dreams and know that where they currently are does NOT define their destiny.

Empower individuals by way of education in and out of the classroom. Engage them through thought provoking conversations and challenging them to see their worth and the many things they have to offer their community and the world.
