That's a wrap! What an incredible summer for Rail Writers. Over 400 young writers from neighborhoods all over the city ventured out on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (Official DART page) light rail to explore amazing places like Nasher Sculpture Center, Architecture and Design Exchange Dallas, and Kimpton Pittman Hotel, then write about their experiences. We hope everyone had a blast, and we have to give a big shout out to our Teaching Artists and Youth & Community Programs Manager Sharon Mansfield for putting in the work (and the steps!) to make this summer a huge success. We'll catch y'all on the rails next summer! Project Transformation North Texas Vickery Meadow Youth Development Foundation All Stars Project of Dallas
