Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Escrow Officer/Closing Manager for a title company focused on Residential Title Services. If you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Escrow Officer and 10+ years’ experience in the title industry with an entrepreneurial mind set, a drive for perfection, and ability to develop client rapport this position is for you.

Essential responsibilities are as follows:

The Escrow Officer is responsible for effectively managing the real estate closing transaction for insuring title insurance. This position requires the Escrow Officer to exercise extreme independent judgment and to possess the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation which may arise during the escrow process.
• Experience with the complex needs of commercial real estate clients in the industrial, retail, office, multi-family, healthcare and hospitality sectors.
• Experience with residential title services, with a specific focus on refinancing while providing a high level of personal attention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Escrow Officer
• Minimum 10 years experience within the title industry
