The Seattle PayUp Ordinance was implemented to has caused Uber Eats, Door Dash, and the like to impose a $4.99 delivery fee. 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝟱𝟬% 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀.

The PayUp Ordinance requires the delivery companies to pay their drivers at least 44 cents per minute, plus 74 cents per mile during orders, or a minimum of $5 per order.

Create convincing responses that an interviewer would appreciate while ensuring that your answers align with the experiences mentioned in your resume.
3. They upload the interview questions and ChatGPT generates responses.

Using kickresumeDOTcom or ReziDOTcom to improve their resume and write their cover letter:
They can start their resume from scratch or modify one, creating their cover letter with AI (it uses ChatGPT on the backend), and even ask for feedback on their resume.

Using WaveDOTai:
It provides a written conversation with a real human coach, utilizing AI to offer guidance and assistance. The coaching sessions helped them to develop habits for finding the right jobs and mentally preparing for interviews. Wave will improve on any answers given to it, and also helps the candidate negotiate an offer.

It helps the candidate take notes during online meetings. With Otter, the candidate can review the questions asked and the answers they gave, allowing them to refine and better structure their answers to improve their effectiveness.

MCBA is a non-profit, non-partisan, business league focused on increasing the civic engagement of employees in the DFW area primarily through volunteering and voting in non-partisan elections. The MCBA program coordinates volunteering opportunities at local non-profits, helps employees get registered to vote, and provides non-partisan information surrounding local elections. MCBA is a non-partisan, 501(c)6 non-profit, business league. This means MCBA member fees, corporate donations, and sponsorships are considered business expenses for a member company.

Some important points:
1) MCBA only provides information for local NON-PARTISAN elections. Most importantly, a company will never tell an employee how to vote. MCBA nor a company will ever know how an employee votes.

2) MCBA uses publicly available information matched against information provided by the company to determine the voter registration status of an employee and if (not how) they voted in an election.

3) MCBA provides customized voter guides to employees recommending the most "pro-growth" candidates in non-partisan, local elections. This is for reference only and employees are encouraged to make their own decisions. No one will ever know how an employee votes.
