We’re excited to introduce and welcome Katie Butler to the S+C team as our Business Development, A&D Specialist! 🎉

She brings her 5 years of expertise to the forefront, working closely with Jen Kiley, our Director of Business Development. Hailing from Austin, Texas, and a graduate of Texas Tech University, Katie has made notable contributions at Gensler and IA on projects such as Texas Instruments (TI), The Gild, and 750 West John Carpenter Fwy. Additionally, as the current IIDA Dallas Campus Center Chair, Katie is dedicated to advancing industry standards and fostering community engagement. With her strategic vision and design expertise, she is poised to drive innovation and success in her new role at S+C.

Outside of work you can find Katie grabbing lunch with friends and people watching at North Park Mall.

CUTX, part 2 | Their space also included multiple private meeting rooms with easy to access technology, perfect for collaboration!

CUTX, part 1 | S+C and Design completed the 52,000 square-foot space for Credit Union of Texas. From the lobby you can see their stunning conference room with a beautiful view outdoors.

Looking back to this lobby with a stunning custom handmade rug from Nepal. We’ll never get over it. 😍

We’re excited to announce Brad Long has joined the S+C Team as our Relocation Project Manager! He comes with 27 years of industry experience and is well versed in all types of systems furniture.

Outside of work, Brad loves to spend time outdoors BBQing, help tend his wife’s garden, rescue animals, and eat a good burger with some beer. When asked “would you rather fight 100 duck-sized horses or one horse-sized duck?“, he says easily: “One Horse-sized duck. So many bbq options!”

With 5 Registered Interior Designers and 1 LEED, GA designer on staff, it’s not a leap to say we’re serious about design. Our designers are extraordinary problem solvers, and are adept at creating custom solutions to fit any needs, budget, and space.

| Spencer + Company is so proud to have completed numerous projects with the City of Lewisville, including the 87,000 square foot Thrive Recreation Center. Thrive is a multigenerational recreation center that offers a wide variety of activities and events for everyone with arts & crafts rooms and teen game rooms. S+C completed the lounge areas, community rooms, break rooms, and provided the office chairs.
