Have you ever wondered WHY your baby’s ear is deformed? Let us explain!
Some ear deformities can happen due to genetics or position in utero, but others result from the abnormal positioning of the muscles surrounding the ears.
For example, in a Cryptotia ear malformation, there is abnormal insertion of the superior auricular muscle causing the top of the ear to be pulled inwards. But don’t worry, this can be completely corrected WITHOUT surgery, pain, or the need for skin grafts with…. EAR MOLDING!

Ear SURGERY👂is a feasible option and with results like Dr. Eric Payne’s, even more so‼️
HOWEVER, if you had the opportunity to avoid anesthesia, potential scarring, and even some degree of pain for your child, wouldn’t you ⁉️
(Not to mention any potential teasing and ensuing low self esteem issues- if deformity is uncorrected)

The earlier we can start treatment on your baby, the better the success rate! During the first few weeks of life, a newborn still has it’s mothers estrogen in it’s system, which makes their ears softer and more moldable. After 21 days, it is harder to get the best result from EarWells. Since there is a small window for treatment, you can call EarWell Centers directly to make an appointment, no referral needed! 214-540-1428

History of the Nurse Practitioner Role:
Nurse Practitioners (NPs) have been providing primary, acute and specialty health care to patients of all ages for over half a century. NPs assess patients, order and interpret diagnostic tests, make diagnoses, and initiate and manage treatment plans.
“The advanced practice nursing movement originated during a period of shifting politics and social landscapes; as the Vietnam War's draft doubled, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Medicare Act of 1965 into law, which established Medicare and Medicaid. With elderly and low-income patients thus encouraged to use health care resources, the demand for primary and acute care skyrocketed and put pressure on the existing physician-led care model.
In 1965, Dr. Loretta Ford partnered with Dr. Henry Silver, a pediatrician, to establish the nation's first Nurse Practitioner education program at the University of Colorado in 1965 with the goal of increasing the primary care workforce. The first master's-level NP program was established at Boston College in 1967.”
