The industry did NOT prepare me for 99% of what was happening in the marketplace, so I went on my own quest (not for more science and letters behind my name) to teach my audience tactics that they can't even follow!
What I found was NOT about accountability partners, mindset, or even consistency 🧐
I reclaimed my GOAT status when my clients were able to reveal their patterns, overcome their triggers, understand their emotional reactions AND CHANGE THEIR BEHAVIOR because of that understanding utilizing the tools and strategies that Blue Jay Fitness is able to offer!
I noticed without this approach, past clients would stay in the cycle FOREVER. They knew what they should be doing but when NUTRITION comes up FOODIES need a specific plan based ON THEIR IDENTITY!

Let's hack your health with a motto "Quality over Quantity"
This works in so many areas of life that you should keep it top of mind! With your nutrition you may be setting goals for your calorie intake vs. how much you've burned for the day....that's typical but it's usually the typical metrics that make this lifestyle unsustainable.
Let's make a quick shift using our motto, Did you consume REAL food today, were you intentional about your choices and not just on autopilot. How about doing an effective workout in an hour at the gym instead of the 2 hours with little to no result!
You see the measure of longevity is not about "how many" its about how effective you're being in the process, Don't just use the motto for food, go ahead and test it on your relationships, the quality of the company you keep will lead to the extent of your growth or the stunt. The type of people that show up for you, tells A-LOT about you...(you can use that for your brand too)
You must set standards for the people, events, and things you consume or else we become a part of the show and not the grow! What is one are of your life that you can raise the standard of what you entertain or give access to?
Remember standards are to protect you from having low quality experiences! You set the bar! Aim High! Keep in mind, Quality over Quantity even in business. Works every time!

There’s so much daily pressure upon us to be successful, be happy, go to work, be active, after a dutiful day I prefer to choose joy!
Sure accomplishing goals and having material possessions is nice but to what extent has it served me when there’s always more to learn, more to grow!
I no longer have the destination in mind, I am content with setting the atmosphere and watching my journey unfold in a way that is aligned with the will of God!
There is so much peace when you aren’t attached to anything and you just let love radiate from your heart ❤️
