Can you hang with this 55 year old? I am hosting a 3 day yoga marathon. My brother said his legs were shaking during the 55 second pose...will your legs shake? Don't worry. We will have sound healing, disco, stretching and all sorts of amazing things will happen to your body after I get you into these shapes.
1. 4/12 at Yoga Art Music at 6PM to do disco yoga.
2. 4/13 + 4/14 we get our yoga spa days at Southwestmindandbody.com at 1pm.

This was so much fund to teach! How to get the head to stack over the hips so your plumb line is integrated!

How does Whiskers know where the camera is? Every zoom yoga class he is front and center photo bombing the screen! This is the best part of my yoga class on Saturdays! After teaching from 6:45am to 12 pm, the comedic relief of a curious 🧐 cat 🐈‍⬛ makes me value the feline intellect! I love dogs, but oh those cats! If you want to see the grace of a cat pose in action, you must see dance. The lines are elegant and yet she is jaguar strong!
