EAT MORE👨🍳
What if I told, “EAT MORE TO LOSE THAT FAT”
You know why?
Because you aren’t even eating enough to begin with!
The key to fat loss is being in a calorie deficit aka eating less. But that doesn’t mean eating salad and a plate of vegetables until you feel like a rabbit is gonna cut it.
Your 500 calorie diet:
1.) sounds horrible and hurts my soul
2.) isn’t enough calories to even burn sitting watching TV
You need to first know what your MAINTENANCE CALORIES are! This is the amount of calories you need to STAY ALIVE.
Once you know that ONLY cutting out about 20% which would relatively is 300-500 calories a day is the way to go to safety and efficiently lose that stubborn fat and keep some of the muscle doing it.
So yes, you need to EAT MORE TO LOSE FAT or your body is going to think it’s starving and keep hold of the fat you are begging to lose!

🚨Let’s Welcome Our New Coach Martin Figueroa🚨
He was born and raised in Santiago, Chile, started his fitness career at a young age, excelling in Calisthenics at both regional and national competitions. At 16, he relocated to the United States and began both competing in and coaching gymnastics. Martin’s coaching extended to gymnasts across all levels in both male and female categories. During his coaching tenure, he developed teaching strategies tailored for students with ADHD, autism, epilepsy, and clinical anxiety. Alongside his coaching, at 18, Martin obtained his personal training certification and embarked on training clients.
He studied at Texas A&M University while he trained clients of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, senior clientele, the general population, and those with underlying conditions such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, scoliosis, and obesity. Over the years, he has taken multiple certifications, seminars, and courses to help a wider range of clients the best way he can.
Martin has specialized in helping people of all ages, backgrounds, and conditions achieve their fitness goals while prioritizing pain-free movement, longevity, and strength. He focuses on helping people move better and feel better to ensure they can enjoy their hobbies and loved ones for as long as possible. As he says, “This is about being fit to live, not just live to be fit.”
Hobbies he enjoys outside of training are surfing, skiing, hiking, traveling, soccer, and any nature-related sport.

Our Story
Alpha Project Strength and Conditioning - We are a small group training studio, where you get 1-on-1 attention and the competitive feel of working out in a group. The competitive nature of the groups makes each individual more motivated to strive to push their hardest. It truly creates an atmosphere that is electric and contagious and leaves you feeling accomplished after a workout is completed. All of our coaches are highly trained and certified strength & conditioning coaches.
Our mission at Alpha Project is to provide every client and athlete with the very best evidence based exercise programs. We implement all aspects of training and focus on areas of nutrition, muscular strength & power, endurance, speed improvement, agility, flexibility, lifestyle, and rest & recovery. All must be exercised and trained on a consistent basis over a long period of time to see the beneficial effects of training. At Alpha Project we train systematically 3 days a week, with ample recovery in between training sessions (24-48 hours). All three training days consist of total body exercises that last 60 minutes.
Alpha Project strength coaches also focus on form and critique technique to keep you healthy and minimize any risk of injury.
