Didn't quite have ALL the ingredients, I wanted, buy the main phrase is "IMPROVISE"!!! *Spinach salad w/ grape tomatoes, red onion, and feta, *Shrimp Alfredo w/ Linguini, spinach, bacon, *Canadian seasoned Steak cooked-to-medium w/ a smoked Sriracha and worcheshire (however you spell it), and *Buttery herb toast. Going to start posting more again.***

Cherry Glazed Cornish Hens for the family on Christmas Day.

Vegetarian pasta dish. Spaghetti squash with a vegetarian zucchini and tomato sauce. The squash rind was used as a bowl, and is also edible. We added a little parmesan cheese after the pictures, and I recommend that. It was VERY GOOD. If every dish tasted like this, there's a possibility I could become a vegetarian.

This is an East Indian/ Northern African dish. Tamarind marinated lamb, along with organic white sweet potatoes, and roasted brussel sprouts. Very good mixture of sweet and spice.

Me and Arie whipped up something GREAT for New Year's Eve last minute. Literally found out about it 45 minutes before getting off work, we'd be doing this. Good job. We definitely threw down. Lol

My FEATURED CHEF SPOTLIGHT at the Coca Cola Headquarters today. Had a GREAT team to support me, and help make the whole day/ week a grand success. Set a sales record for the company I work for.

A mixture of ground beef, ground turkey, zucchini lasagna. First time doing vegetables and meat in one lasagna. With help from my beautiful wonderful sous chef Arie Teems.

A Fruit and Cheese tray for the principal of Chapel Hill Middle School in Decatur, GA. Was kind of a humbling experience to cater for the middle school I attended.

Steamed crawfish over Rice Pilaf and a bed of kale and pepper medley. If you haven't already figured it out, I love to cook seafood. Lol.

My personal favorite. I did a small portion, for the sake of the picture. My version of a Low Country Boil. Crawfish, Shrimp, Corn, Andoullie Sausage, and Red Potatoes. Served with my famous Garlic bread.

Blackened Tilapia served over Rice Pilaf and steamed veggies. As well as Garlic Marinades Shrimp, with a loaded baked potato and steamed broccoli.

Great eat for my morning snackers. Banana and peanut butter cinnamon toast. With fresh fruit Greek yogurt.

Sauteed Cajun Shrimp over Beef medallions, topped with a black pepper sauce. Paired with mash potatoes and mixed vegetables.

Grilled Shrimp, over a bed of grape tomatoes asparagus, broccoli, spinach, and orzo/ farro mixture, with a pesto vinaigrette.

Cajun Sauteed Shrimp on top of Fried Eggplant, dripping in a nice black pepper sauce, topped with red pepper and parsley.

Fried cheese- stuffed Ravioli, topped with parmesan and parsley. Served with sides of aioli and marinara sauce.

Back when I did some catering for the Atlanta Hawks.

A delicious seasoned Lamb Shank, over a kale, lentil, tomato, and onion hot salad, topped with fried parsnips. Assembled with the help of my buddy Chef Fee Feo.

A nice and refreshing Cobb Salad for those who want to watch that figure.

Philly Cheese Steak sandwich.... Served with garlic, rosemary red potatoes. Easy Go-to. Not recommended if you wish to shed some lbs. 😃
