How's the market, you ask?
Showing trends are an important part of the story that are often overlooked in market recaps. Showings (aka: competing buyers for the same listing) this September were down 49% compared to last September.
Buyers: this is why you have more time to make decisions and get more leeway on inspections, appraisals, and even contingent purchases.
Sellers: don't panic! Showings last month were really similar to those in 2019, and in 2019, it was still a hot market. Prepare your property, price correctly, and you'll be just fine!
Did you know I LOVE pumpkins? Especially the mini ones =)
