HAPPY THANKSGIVING from our family to yours ❤

Giving back to the community is our mission. This year we held a Zumbathon with over 15 different instructors in the Buffalo area. Through this event, we donated over 50 bags of food to a local church (for Thanksgiving dinner) & over $400 to a local family who suffered from a house fire. We gifted a $200 Wegmans gift card & a $200 Gabes gift card so the family can enjoy their holiday. We also gifted flowers & cards to some of our students who needed some extra love. Small acts of kindness can mean a world of difference.

It's important to be grateful every day, starting with the smallest moments of your presence and health. COMMUNITY is how we conquer & and unity makes us stronger.
