I have attended U.S. and world conventions in New York City, Las Vegas, San Antonio and Austin, Texas. I became a color artist for Farouk Systems, Inc. and did platform work and region Armstong McCall shows for 6 years. In 1997 I attended Farouk Systems Annual Performance and Awards Convention in Amsterdam. I received the Master of Art Honor by Farouk Systems for work I performed with Sun-Glitz and Bioglitz product lines. I have studied and participated in hands-on cutting classes from Zenon and Paul Mitchell. I specialize in hair coloring, highlighting and low lights.

I am a 41 year resident of Duncanville, Texas. I have two sons, Bryan and Jason who attended Duncanville High School. I still reside in Duncanville . On my days off I enjoy my two beautiful and entertaining grandchildren Noah and Cameron.

I have been in the cosmetology industry for 45 years. I feel it is important to keep up with the lastest trends so I attend local and national hair conventions annually. I am also in the field of eduacation and have taught serveral in-salon classes on special occasion styles. I teach simple classic up-do styles and bold dynamic creations for that certain person who wants an extra POP of drama for their specal day. I also teach how to incorporate hair extensions for special occasion styles.

I am on the Advisory Board for Vatteratt Cosmotology Education Center.

I am certified and continue to participate in extensive training for permanant cosmetic make-up. I do permanent cosmetic eyeliner, lip liner and eyebrow color enhancement.

My specialty is making you look beautiful for any special event you may be attending. I love doing hair for pageants, wedding parties and proms.

I was crowned Ms. Classic Duncanville in May, 2009.
