Sun Toyota in their Hurricane Relief Drive on Saturday, November 16th! Let’s unite to support families impacted by recent hurricanes in our community.

🚗 Free Towing for flood-damaged vehicles
💰 $1,000 Rebate on any vehicle purchase

Donation Drive: Bring cleaning supplies, dry goods, gloves, masks, bedding, water, and other essential items to support families in need

🛠️ Special Offer: Free oil change with any hurricane relief donation

🎟️ Prize Drawings every 15 minutes, including:
$100 gift cards to Kiefer Jewelers & Seafire Grill
$50 gift cards to The Social

Every $200 from each vehicle sold goes directly towards disaster relief to support affected families, helping those hardest hit recover faster.

On Wednesday night, we gathered at Dunedin Brewery to bid a heartfelt farewell to one of our longtime members, Lisa Warren. Lisa and her husband Cori are embarking on an incredible new chapter—retirement and sailing the world! 🌍⛵️

We shared memories, laughter, and plenty of toasts as we celebrated Lisa's amazing contributions to our Rotary family and wished them all the best on their adventure. It was a night filled with love, community spirit, and well wishes for their exciting journey ahead.

Last night, our Rotary Club of Dunedin Waterside members gathered at Caledonia Brewing to make a difference for kids in Pinellas County! Partnering with The Backpack Lady Project, we had a fantastic time stuffing backpacks with school supplies, all thanks to the wonderful volunteers and generous donors. 📚✏️

About Kelly Clark and Keep Pinellas Beautiful:
Kelly Clark is passionate about animals and the environment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology and a Master of Arts in Global Sustainability. For over two years, Kelly has served as the Adoption Coordinator for Keep Pinellas Beautiful (KPB). In this role, she oversees all of KPB’s Adoption Programs, including Adopt-A-Mile, Adopt-A-Trail, Adopt-A-Community, Adopt-An-Alley, and Adopt-A-Shore. Additionally, she monitors KPB’s aquatic litter-catching devices across various locations in the county. In her free time, Kelly enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling.

Keep Pinellas Beautiful is a nonprofit organization dedicated to community improvement through litter prevention, waste reduction, and beautification efforts. Their mission is to engage and inspire individuals to take responsibility for improving the community environment. Through partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, and volunteers, Keep Pinellas Beautiful organizes cleanups, educational programs, and environmental projects that have a lasting impact on the community.

About Pastor Heath Watson:
Heath Watson is a versatile corporate event strategist, consultant, host, and networker, as well as a wedding officiant and ceremony celebrant. As a community mobilizer and activist, he has a proven track record in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Before founding Heath Watson, LLC, and Pastor Heath Weddings, he pastored three churches in the Tampa Bay area from 1995 to 2017. A dedicated father of three, Heath also chairs the City of Dunedin’s Social Services Committee and directs HOB Give Back (formerly Dunedin Give Back) and Dunedin Cares, a community food pantry.

About The Backpack Lady Project:
In 2011, Phyllis Ditro, known as The Backpack Lady, passed away. Her son Rob discovered she had been anonymously donating backpacks to Our Lady of Lourdes School in Dunedin, Florida. Inspired by her legacy, Rob founded The Backpack Lady Project, collecting and delivering school supplies to elementary schools. Since then, over 12,000 backpacks have been donated, with volunteers known as The Backpack Angels helping with deliveries. The project continues to grow, now serving both Pinellas and Pasco Counties, supported by community fundraisers and local businesses.
