Sunday was a lazy day and we ordered pizza. I had two slices of a medium pizza. The slices was very small.

Today I can not make it to fast until 12. I am going to the machine and get a snack. I really had cut out snaking but need something.

I wish I had some fruit but don’t have anything.

Ran out of things to eat so made a sandwich for lunch today.

2 mile walk complete

Lunch and I had same for dinner I was hungry.

I did well last week bringing my lunch to work.
