If you are a community engagement professional or faculty/graduate student with any level of experience in the field of higher education community engagement, join our own Stephanie Brewer, PhD for session two, Nurturing Student Mental Health through Community-Engaged Pedagogy, on July 23. Stephanie and co-presenters will center pedagogical approaches that foster student mental health and wellbeing within community engaged initiatives, and participants will have the chance to collectively explore ways to prioritize student wellbeing and work to adapt suggested practices to their own diverse campus settings.

Are you passionate about immigrant and Refugee work in the Greater Lansing area and eager to make a positive impact in your community? Volunteer at the Michigan Immigrant & Refugee Education Summit on Saturday, June 1 at Brody Hall, MSU!
Volunteer opportunities are available at multiple times and locations to accommodate different schedules and preferences, spanning 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Volunteers will be involved in various tasks such as directing people and interpreting in languages they know.
