Brown University Library is hosting free summer reading events for kids and Families.

Brown University Library to host free summer reading events for local kids and families In partnership with Providence’s libraries, the Brown series aims to create fun, educational summer experiences for kids, welcoming all ages for storytimes, hands-on STEM activities, tours and more.

Check out the kids programs happening at the East Providence Public Library this summer!

Come meet turtles, snakes, hedgehogs and more! Dave Marchetti's Animal Experiences is back at Weaver! There are TWO chances to see him. That's right, a "two-doe-shay" (IYKYK). Join us at Weaver Library Saturday, June 29th at 2pm OR 3pm.

PLEASE NOTE: There are 150 tickets available per show, and they will be given out starting at 1pm.

The statewide Rhode Island Summer Reading Program is supported by the RI Office of Library and Information Services, with funds from the Institute of Museum and Library Services.

A huge thank you to Mastery Martial Arts for working with us to host two after school programs this spring. Together we raised $1000 for the PTA!

At our May meeting we held elections for the incoming PTA Board. Next year's board members are:

Just a few reminders for the Color Run tonight:

🔴 Run starts at 5pm. Please be on time.
🟠 Bring protective eyewear. Sunglasses work great!
🟡 Use the bathroom prior to the event.
🟢 We have lots of families registered. If you can walk to the event, please do.
🔵 It is going to be messy. If you do drive, we suggest bringing something to protect your car for the ride home.
🟣 We can't wait to see everyone and have a great time!
