Misty grew up in McAlester, she has a twin and the two of them were always competing when it came to fitness. Throughout Misty’s life she was involved in gymnastics and cheerleading. She and her sister worked at a local gym; it was there that they really learned how to strength train. After high school, Misty attended college and started working at a local car dealership. She quickly excelled and was always a top salesperson. It was at this dealership that she met her husband, Jason. They have a daughter who is attending the University of Oklahoma. Misty was introduced to Body Language Gym through a friend who was a member. She had just received her Barre Instructor Certification and was looking for a family friendly atmosphere. She found that with Body Language. Haley gave her an opportunity to instruct soon after she joined the gym in 2016. She now teaches Barre and Bootcamp classes at Body Language. Recently, Misty added personal training through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to her certifications. Misty loves helping people get stronger mentally and physically. She is a great listener, encourager, and accountability coach. She also understands that not everyone’s fitness journey looks the same, whatever level you are she wants to help you reach your goal!

Hey BL fam! Meet Teresa Williams, she was nominated for our Testimony All-Stars!
* Teresa attended her first class in November and officially joined our BL fam in December of 2023!
* Teresa’s Body Language routine includes attending classes Sunday through Thursday!
* Since the start of Teresa’s weight loss journey she has lost about 30lbs, gaining strength & mobility she lost turning 30. “Body Language has helped keep me accountable for the exercising portion of my life style change.”
* What does Teresa like most about BL? “I love the flexibility this gym provides with its varied classes & 24 hour availability. I also love how friendly & supporting the staff and clients are to new faces!”
