Early Childhood Program offers Parent & Child Therapy and Parenting Support classes at no cost to expectant parents and families with children up to the age of 5 yrs old. Did you know it's ? This week, we promote Safe Sleep Awareness for infants. 👶
By following these tips, you can help keep your baby safe while sleeping, and you can get a good night's sleep too:
• Never place your baby to nap or sleep on chairs, couches, waterbeds, cushions, or blow-up mattresses.
• Never fall asleep with your baby on the same sleep surface.
• Reconsider family traditions that don't align with safe sleep practices for babies.
• Move babies who fall asleep in car safety seats, strollers, swings, infant carriers, and infant slings to a firm, safe sleep surface as soon as possible.

• Take a deep breath and count to 20.
• Ask for help.
• Phone a friend.
• Take time out and leave your children with a responsible adult.
