Attention Everyone!

After discussion with TAHC the El Paso County Fair Board has approved that all poultry showing in the 2024 Fair must come from a NPIP hatchery. Current Texas health regulations require that any bird showing at the El Paso County Fair will require a negative Avian Influenza test and a health certificate (CVI). The required testing could change between now and the show. Please advise your exhibitors to allow adequate time for test results. Please share this with all 4H club leaders and FFA advisors.
