This 12 year old amazes me!!! He killed it on the job site today. From installing a counter top to helping with tiling, this kid does it all!!!

I love that my son can come work with me! He’s an awesome helper and these moments are more valuable than anything!

Progress on the master bath job. Should be done in the next few weeks with custom glass and new counter tops!

Made some more progress on the dining room and office yesterday at the . The house is warmer now that these last two spaces have insulation and closed walls!

When using a paddle bit to drill holes in wall studs…watch out for nails. The bit will stop and the drill will become a wild beast.

We’re remodeling a master bath for one of our favorite clients. Two divider walls were turned into partial walls, removed a pocket door and made a new entrance wall which will have a barn door. This dated master bath is becoming an oasis!

Put a window in the office today so we can have another view of the mountain. This is the last hole we’ll be putting in the house, so the rain can come now!

Todays progress on the dining room at the Laughing Chestnut. Got the walls closed up, exterior wrapped and flashed, and doors and windows in. A little adjustment left and then on to the office window!

Final area at the Laughing Chestnut got under way today. Not a bad day’s progress! We’ll get the French door and windows in tomorrow and get the wall closed before the rain comes!

Dining room sub floor going back in! There’s a little left to do, but it is now level!

Sub floor was removed today and we began leveling out the floor joists and improving their performance. Can’t wait to share meals with family and friends in here!

Pulled up the dining room floor today and going to level the subfloor tomorrow. We also improved the performance of the ceiling in this room by adding joists and blocking.

Living room is finally back open!!! We even managed to get the upstairs floor level! So excited for phase 2 of the

22 LVL beams going in to hold up the second story master! Good bye to the temporary support…hello living room!

What a difference a front door can make! We opened up and reframed for a wider door, temporarily supported the roof load, cut the house open, and presto!

Structural repairs began yesterday! First of two walls done! We should be installing beams on Thursday!

Kitchen is coming along! Backsplash is half way there but waiting on windows to be delivered. Just a little more trim and finishing touches and it will be 100%!

Kitchen update coming soon!!! We’ve been getting a lot of things done and it’s starting to look like a home again!

The boys have come quite a ways since starting to ride! Fun times at Pacific Raceways!

Boys rooms are done! Just waiting on the back ordered closet doors. About a week out from sleeping in their own bedrooms!

Another big day at the Thank you for the patio! Now the water will drain and paws will stay dry!
