According to the Pennsylvania Violent Death Reporting System, 5% of su***de victims in Erie County from 2018-2020 were teens. One way our community can stay ahead of the curve in preventing these deaths is through tracking PAYS data in order to get a more accurate assessment of the mental health concerns facing our youth and develop data-driven, preventative solutions with partners all throughout the community.
