Will Sunny Weather Bring New Inventory?

Although inventory in our area remains low, the arrival of Spring historically brings new homes onto the market. Currently, on average, homes are selling at 100% of list price, showing good price stability in our market. Relocations into Oregon continue to contribute to area home sales. Although the housing market remains competitive, there are still great opportunities to be found.

Spring is here, and with it comes increased market activity. In March we saw an increase in all sales stats, translating to a light decrease in inventory and time on market.
