"Changing the world one person's world at a time."
Mission Statement:
To provide services for addicted loved ones in our homes, meet our local community's needs, and the poverty demands in remote places across the globe.
Psalm 96:
Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth. Sing to the LORD, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day. Declare his glory among nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are idols, but the LORD made the heavens. Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and glory are in his sanctuary.

Learn to live from a place of rest...
Hebrews 4:9-10
[9] There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. [10] For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.
Prayer is talking with God. God knows your heart and is not so concerned with your words as He is with the attitude of your heart" Josh McDowell
“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” ~ Joshua 1:9
The most frequent command throughout the Bible. The command Jesus spoke of most often.
This situation is not final.
This feeling is not final.
This diagnosis is not final.
We know the ending to our story and it’s an eternity with Christ Jesus. That’s why we can say to our souls today: do not be afraid.
Worship while you wait. It’ll make the time go faster and position your heart to receive it when it comes. God doesn’t waste anything.
Isaiah 12:5
“Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.”
Alive. God-breathed. Gospel-filled. Transformative. Imperative to the life of a believer. Full of wonder. Daily bread. Full of... Him.
Make His word a priority and I promise you'll be in awe of how He uses it to strengthen, encourage, and teach you more about Himself.

We are asking for prayers today for our families in Uganda.
Uganda school attack: Pupils among 40 killed by militants linked to Islamic State group Attackers linked to the Islamic State group used machetes and burned a dormitory during the attack.
Loving Father, how I long to be more child-like in my attitude, with the sort of faith that trusts You like a child, and whose heart is ever open towards You. Teach me, Lord, to live in purity of heart and gentleness of spirit, so that Jesus may be reflected through me, to those with whom I come in contact today. This I ask in His name and for His glory, AMEN.
“…but Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.’” Matthew 19:14
We remember and honor those who have lost their lives in the military service. Thank you to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Let us remember those who courageously gave their lives. Join us in prayer today as we remember and honor our heroes.
It's time to get our hopes up again. The world is unstable and people will let you down, but friends, our king is JESUS. And He is coming back for His bride!
You can count on Him.
You can look to Him.
You can look forward to Him.
We are excited to celebrate with our family in Africa in the building of their first latrine! Progress pics to come!

Thank you to all who has helped support this mission!
Lamentations 2:19
Arise, cry out in the night, as the watches of the night begin; pour out your heart like water in the presence of the Lord. Lift up your hands to him for the lives of your children, who faint from hunger at every street corner.
Thank you to the James H. Sweat Foundation for providing an amazing meal today! We appreciate you thinking of us!

Happy Friday! While so much attention is put on our recovery ministry, we wanted to take the time to highlight our heart for Uganda! When you give to Arise International Ministry a portion of our funds every month are sent directly to the Pader district, Northern Uganda.
This year to date we have sent over $3,000.00. We have been able to provide transportation and food supplies through July and funded several medical visits. Our next goal is to raise funds to provide oxen to help plow the garden. Below are some photos of the food supply purchased as well as the new huts being constructed in the village.
While Spring Break/Masters Week may have been a time of rest for most, we were in full swing (see what we did there?🏌🏼♀️😆) at the new AIM house! We are so thankful to each person that has played a part in getting these men moved in and settled! We have been so blessed!
