We can’t believe it’s already over!

For the past 3 weeks, we’ve discussed the ins and outs of Sylver Consulting’s hybrid work model, why we structure our business this way, and how we maintain it.

• Week One: We pulled back the curtains on our unique in-person operations as a fully hybrid team.
• Week two: We discussed the necessary elements of personal accountability, shared appreciation, and the foundation of trust that allow Sylver to thrive as a hybrid environment.
• Finally, this week, we discussed the importance of leadership and the qualities our leaders and every single member of the team must work to improve on to guarantee the continued success of this model.

While the way we work certainly works well for us, it may not work for everyone.

Every month-or-so our team gets together in-office for lunch to do our “Passion Projects” speaker series, where we meet monthly and have team members share any topic they are passionate about. In general, we create an open dialogue that encourages questions and conversation.

This week we’re celebrating National Management Training Week, a dedicated week in August promoting the continuous development of skills required to maintain great leadership!

For leaders of a fully hybrid team, the pressure to maintain consistency is even higher, but our incredible leaders hardly seem to bat an eye.

That’s because they deeply value and prioritize the practice of providing team members with continued education and new skill development, making regular adjustments to best practices as we evolve, and creating safe spaces for authentic communication when anyone notices opportunity for growth.

Two weeks ago, our team attended the Global Leadership Summit , where we learned about about visionary leadership and how to inspire and equip others to achieve a shared vision.

The best leaders understand that to manage a team-—no matter the location—they first need to be excellent managers of themselves, their time, their habits, their goals, and their visions.

At Sylver Consulting, our founders have made their unique vision of a fully hybrid consulting agency a reality.

And our team will continue to do our part in applying and improving on everything we learned at GLS this year.

Today, we’re spotlighting the continued growth of a member of our marketing team, Santana Wright. She recently finished a program called Alex Cattoni & The Copy Posse Launch Pad, an 8-week intensive copywriting course, and received the following certificate.

The program featured a combination of live and pre-recorded video training sessions (plus a ton of additional templates, guides, and formulas) that guided each participant through the process of writing an entire sales funnel for their real-world client!

Now that Santana has graduated, she will have access to a whole new library of marketing tools and materials to apply to future projects with and outside of Sylver. She will also be attending an exclusive event in Vancouver, BC in two months where she will meet other members of the Copy Posse community and Launch Pad graduates!
