One of my super powers is...

Helping women rediscover who they are

* after years of letting outside forces determine their lives by default

* after realizing it's time to start thinking about leaving behind a legacy

* after waking up to the reality they're in a loveless marriage

* after living too long without purpose and meaning

After decades of serving 100's and 100's of clients, I'm masterful at mediating internal conflict that helps people regain a more peaceful, self-loving relationship with themselves.

I've got an unusual knack for sniffing out where people hide things from themselves and my clients know this. That's one of the things we have fun doing - finding where the resistance lies - and one of the things they find incredibly valuable! Because not only can I help them see what they often can't see, but they get masterful at doing it for themselves. If we can't imagine things being better (or can't "see" things being better), then we often don't do the things that make life, work, business better.

They know with my support I can help them process and navigate difficult terrain with so much love and compassion. Their internal compasses magnetize towards empowered and expansive thinking.

They know they will be held to their highest vision for what they want to create and I will gently and with so much compassion, remind them of that every time they get distracted, veer off course or think there's something wrong with them.

They know I'm going to honor and accept them in all their mess, with all their fears, and help them remember who they are. They also learn methods for doing this for themselves.

They know I'm committed to serving them with all that I am without holding back.

They know they can trust me.

In my coaching programs I use my superpowers to help my clients find the courage the need to step more fully into their superpowers.

My clients benefit from my 25+ years of learning advanced energy medicine techniques, trauma-informed transformational coaching, embodied somatic work, shadow work, mindfulness work and various creative processes... to consciously transform themselves.
