REMEMBER THE CENTERPOINT RATE HIKE HEARINGS?... when we all SHOWED UP in record numbers at the convention center to voice our outrage over CP's proposed exorbitant rate hike. The IURC Evidentiary Hearings to finalize that decision are scheduled for next Tuesday, Sept. 10 beginning at 7 am CST. We want to remind the IURC commissioners of that amazing day last February as they begin to make their decision.
We need you to TUNE IN!, however long you can to this hearing which will entail most of the work day (and the next day if needed).
How? The IURC YouTube livestream! When you join the livestream, you will add to a hard to ignore mass of viewers to an event that normally has few to none. The commissioners will know we are listening! Let’s break another record! Pass this info to your friends and family so they can tune in too.

This week’s Justice challenge is to advocate for a just wage for all people, no matter what their occupation. As a household, find out what the minimum wage is in your state. Discuss what you would have to give up if your family had to live on the minimum wage.
Then decide on one step you can take, such as emailing your state legislators, to support a more livable minimum wage in your state.

Many blessings to our September couples celebrating anniversaries.
Please share if we are missing a couple from our list.
Happy Anniversary!
Hello, I am Fatima Seib, a wife and a mother. I joined All Saints Parish in 2012. Outside of music ministry at All Saints, I am a board certified Neurologic Music Therapist. I love music, nature, travel, numbers and statistics. I have photographic memory. The most treasured things about All Saints Parish would be the acceptance of cultures and diversity, and the innovations we have in supporting our neighbors and people in need, and nurturing children through Family Faith Formation.
Justice Worker
Emma Jean Couture is a Justice Worker Saint at our Parish. She has been involved in faith and justice activities since she was a young adult. She is active in faith ministries and often participates in Mass as a reader or Eucharistic Minister. We have benefitted from her enthusiasm, hard work, forward thinking and knowledge of the community, grants and resources.
Emma Jean has been a co-facilitator of many of our JustFaith Programs and serves on All Saints Justice Ministry Committee that directs justice activities for the parish. She also has been vital in helping establish the role of justice minister here. She can be counted on to help with planning pilgrimages to St. Louis, or Alabama this past spring and possibly one to Louisville and Cincinnati in the future.
Emma Jean is good at knowing about community events and encouraging others to participate. She is an all-around volunteer who makes things happen at All Saints.
