Ian joined Orangetheory as a founding member of OTF Sudbury 🇨🇦 in 2021. Despite undergoing a challenging surgery, he never gave up hope of returning to his favorite workout. Throughout his recovery, OTF Sudbury kept him connected and feeling like a valued part of the orange family. Beaming with joy as he handed over his medical note, Ian was cleared to take classes again! Ian truly embodies our mantra of More Life. Welcome back to the Orange Zone, Ian! 🧡

Objective: participants will commit to completing a minimum of 12 workouts over 30 days & check off 3 required daily challenges for the duration of the month from June 15th-July 14th!
