We have exciting news to share!
As of today, we are teaming up with The Title Team! We are excited about the future as we blend the talents of our two teams. On September 12th, we will be moving to The Title Team’s location at 4500 36th Avenue South. Our name is also changing to The Title Team which makes sense as we are now able to help more seamlessly with your deals that may be in the lakes area or Grand Forks. Additionally, when you have clients out of town they can conveniently sign at any Title Team office without incurring additional fees. Providing outstanding customer service has always been and will continue to be our number one priority and we fully intend to maintain those superior service levels an exceed our customers’ expectation every day!

Although the weather was not the best, we had a great time our Customer Appreciation/Parking Lot Party yesterday!! Thank you for coming to those that braved the cold!!
The pig roast was fabulous, the macaroni salad was amazing (Thank you Labby's Grill and Bar - we’ll be back for more!), the beverages were cold and a great time connecting with everyone.

The organization was founded in 2019 by a group of likeminded individuals who had been teaching homebuyer classes for several years prior. They plan to extend outreach through North Dakota and Minnesota, using their experience and training to make homeownership an attainable goal for everyone.
