Beginning at 9 a.m. Friday, November 1, the westbound lane of 3rd Avenue North will be closed to traffic from 24th Street North to 25th Street North. The northbound lane of 25th Street will be shifted to the center lane from 1st Avenue North to 5th Avenue North. Westbound traffic will be detoured to 1st Avenue North via 24th Street North. The road closure will allow for water utility repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by end of day Friday, November 1.
Beginning at 8:00 am Monday, October 14, the eastbound lane of 19th Avenue North will be closed to traffic between Broadway North and 4th Street North. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to 20th Avenue North via Broadway North. The lane closure will allow for street surface repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by end of day Monday, October 14, 2024.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, September 23, 35th Avenue North will be closed to traffic from 1st Street North to Elm Street North. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to 32nd Avenue North via 2nd Street North. Westbound traffic will be detoured to 32nd Avenue North via Elm Street North.
The road closure will allow for storm sewer repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, September 27.
Beginning at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 17, the northbound lanes of 42nd Street South will be reduced to one lane of traffic between 49th Avenue South and 47th Avenue South. The lane closure will allow for water utility repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Tuesday, September 17.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 32nd Street South will be closed to traffic from 13th Avenue South to 14th Avenue South.
Northbound traffic will be detoured to 34th Street South via 15th Avenue South. Southbound traffic will be detoured to 15th Avenue South via 34th Street South.
The road closure will allow for street surface repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, September 20.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 29th Avenue North will be closed to traffic from Broadway North to Edgemont Street North.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured to 3rd Street North via 28th Avenue North. Westbound traffic will be detoured to Forest Avenue North via Edgemont Street North.
The road closure will allow for storm sewer repairs to be completed. The roads are expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Tuesday, September 24.
The current lane closures that began Monday, September 9, on 40th Street South between Main Avenue and 4th Avenue South will be reopened to traffic at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11.
Beginning at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, both northbound and southbound lanes of 40th Street South will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction between 4th Avenue South and 9th Avenue South. The lane closures will allow for asphalt surface repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, September 13.

Beginning at 8 a.m. Monday, August 26, both northbound and southbound lanes of University Drive South will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction between 15th Avenue South and 18th Avenue South. The lane closures will allow for asphalt surface repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, August 30.
Beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, August 19, the northbound and southbound lanes of University Drive South will be reduced to one lane of traffic in each direction between 13th Avenue South and 15th Avenue South.
The lane closures will allow for asphalt surface repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, August 23.
Beginning on Tuesday, July 30, the 42nd Street South bridge over Interstate 94 will reopen to traffic. 42nd Street South had been closed between 19th Avenue South and 23rd Avenue South for bridge and roadway surface repairs.
Beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, July 29, University Drive North will be reduced to one lane of traffic between 8th Avenue North and 7th Avenue North.
Seventh Avenue North will be closed from 12th Street North to University Drive North. Westbound traffic will be detoured to 8th Avenue North via 12th Street North. Eastbound 7th Avenue North will be detoured at University Drive North to 4th Avenue North.
The lane closures will allow for street surface repairs to be completed. The roads are expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Thursday, August 1.
Beginning on Monday, July 22, 16th Street North will be closed between 8th Avenue North and Dakota Drive. Crews will be working on the railroad crossing on 16th Street North. The closure is expected to be in place for up to five days.
Beginning Monday, July 22, eastbound 32nd Avenue South will be closed at 45th Street South. Northbound 45th Street South will be closed between 30th Avenue South at 32nd Avenue South.
This is the next phase of the 32nd Avenue South lane-widening project. Crews will replace the concrete in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of 32nd Avenue South and 45th Street South.
Detour signs will be in place directing vehicles around the closure. The closure is expected to be in place for up to two weeks. All work on 32nd Avenue South for this project is expected to be complete by this fall.
Beginning Monday, July 22, southbound 42nd Street South will be reduced to one lane between 13th Avenue South and 15th Avenue South. Crews will be working on a private utility. The closure is expected to be in place for up to one week.
Beginning Monday, July 22, eastbound traffic on 12th Avenue North will be shifted into the center turn lane between 16th Street North and Albrecht Boulevard. Crews will be working on a private utility. The closure is expected to be in place for up to one month.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, July 22, University Drive North will be reduced to one lane of traffic between 12th Avenue North and 7th Avenue North. The lane closure will allow for asphalt surface repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, July 26.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, July 22, the southbound lanes of 45th Street South will be reduced to two lanes of traffic between 16th Avenue South and 17th Avenue South. The lane closure will allow for storm sewer repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Monday, July 29
Beginning Monday, July 8, eastbound 13th Avenue South will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Page Drive South and 27th Street South. Gateway Drive South will be reduced to two lanes of traffic between 13th Avenue South and Villa Drive South.
The lane closures will allow for water utility repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, July 12.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9, the northbound lanes of 45th Street North will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Main Avenue and 3rd Avenue North. The lane closure will allow for storm sewer repairs to be completed.
The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Monday, July 15.
Beginning at 6 a.m. on Monday, July 8, 32nd Street South will be closed to traffic between 32nd Avenue South and 33rd Avenue South. Southbound traffic will be detoured to 33rd Avenue South via 33rd Street South. Northbound traffic will be detoured to 28th Street South via 34th Avenue South.
The lane closures will allow for asphalt surface repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, July 12.
Beginning at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 24, eastbound 13th Avenue South will be reduced to one lane of traffic between Page Drive South and 27th Street South. Gateway Drive South will be reduced to two lanes of traffic between 13th Avenue South and Villa Drive South.
The lane closures will allow for water utility repairs to be completed. The road is expected to fully reopen by the end of the day Wednesday, June 26.
