The Cumberland Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) Board of Supervisors recognized outgoing board member Clifton McNeill Jr. during the board’s regular meeting held Dec. 14 in the Cumberland County Agriculture Center.

McNeill has served as a chairman of the Cumberland SWCD Board of Supervisors as well as chairman of Area VII, which encompasses Bladen, Columbus, Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson and Scotland counties.
