Definitely need to work more on my hip flexibility, I would love to be able to get a deeper stretch with this pose. I have definitely been lacking on stretching and yoga here recently, but school is done next week. I'm hoping the new free time will allow me to do more of the things I need to be doing to keep moving forward. Stay grinding out there everyone.

2 year difference, it's crazy what consistency and efficiency will get you. I truly believe that any can change the health by adopting small healthier habits over time and cutting things that don't support your goals. You need to find an intrinsic motivation that'll keep you driving towards the end goal. I realized I worked harder and was more serious when I started to compete with my yesterday's self. If I can just get 1% better in one way of life, in a year I'll be 365% better and who doesn't want to get that much better. Even if you did .3% better you'll still been 100% in a year from now. It's not too late to make the change and become healthier and live a higher quality of life. 💪💪

Had a killer arms and shoulders session with . We did a couple thousand reps with our sets of a 100. If you've never tried it before, it's definitely a change up and will have you hurting and fatigued. We may do it again in a few months. Definitely not an everyday occurrence.

Finished off with 80 rep drop set on the leg extensions. It was absolutely brutal, I had spaghetti legs for a solid 10 minutes. How do you finish your legs off?????

Over the past couple of years I've been self experimenting and trying out different paths and modalities for achieving my health and fitness goals. Along the way I've been looked dead in the eye multiple times and told that I was wrong and what I was doing wouldn't work. Over the past 10 years I've failed and have been wrong countless times, but it was from all these failures that I've found the success in what I do. I am not afraid to be wrong but I am afraid of not trying. This is only the beginning to an old story of success. Stay tuned for the growth ✌️

Apparently I'm at about 5.5% Body Fat Percentage, with about only 9 pounds of fat on me in total. 🤷🤷 Maybe one day I'll get to sub 5%.

Throwing in some heavy lifts now. I want to try my luck at some powerlifting and strongman competition for the little guy divisions. Got a bodyweight strict press for 1.25 reps or as strict as I can be at this moment. I believe I need to shoot for 225 for reps to be able to really do some damage in competitions.

Tried out the Rhino squats today. It felt pretty great, my back was able to tolerate it better than bar squats but not 100% like I was hoping. I was still able to feel the full engagement of the quads which was nice and was also able to get some good depth in my ROM too.
What's some other good quad exercises that's easy on the lower back???

Had to break out the outfit for today's arm session. Had a high volume tricep session paired with some heavy biceps. I try to not below 8 reps even on heavy weights, as I don't feel it is necessary to go so heavy you can only get a few good reps at best. I'm trying to take it safe and smart, slowly adding things to help boost my gains so I can continually get better.
