This class is offered at Fitness Connection in Fayetteville, NC. Tuesday class is taught by Angela at 5:30pm. Thursday with Ashley at 5:30pm.
Class is also every Saturday with rotating instructors, myself, Angela and Ebony. Some pop ups may happen in the future.
