Dear Spa Family, Friends, and Clients,

It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we are writing this post... It pains us to tell everyone that our Spa is having to permanently close on June 29, 2024, after more than 20 years of being in business. Never in a million years did we think a water pipe would be our downfall. We have held out hope that our situation will change for the better, but we are about to be at the one-year anniversary of the flood event and still no work has been done to put our original space back in order. To this day our Spa sits empty, no floors, walls, paint etc. torn completely apart with no end in sight of it ever being repaired. During the shutdown we looked at numerous different alternative locations, but nothing was a good fit. Even when we were able to move into our temporary space in suite 2, it wasn’t enough to keep us afloat due to the fact we cannot offer all of our services in this small space. This process has been a nightmare and for a small business it has crushed us. So, the Spa’s last day open will be June 29, 2024, but we will continue to keep the spa phone line active during the following months so that we can hopefully keep clients in touch with where their therapists end up. There will never be enough words of gratitude towards all of our clients, friends, and families, over the years. It is all of you that truly have made Between Heaven & Earth Day Spa such a special place to all of us. Please be patient with us as we navigate the weeks ahead, this is a process we have never experienced before, and we are trying to handle it with the grace, honor, and respect that you and our staff deserve. We love you all and wish everyone the best wherever life takes us.

We are so happy to be saying this!! Welcome to the temporary Between Heaven and Earth Spa at 726 Ramsey Street, Suite 2.

We are happy to announce that we are back! Starting February 1st, we will be able to begin taking clients again. We have been working hard to set up a temporary location in Suite 2 of 726 Ramsey Street, just 3 doors down from our original location. At this time, due to limited resources in our new space, we are only able to bring back our individual massage services, but all services will return once we are able to move back into our original space. We look forward to seeing you all and getting back to work!!! We have missed you!

To All Our Spa Friends and Family,

We just wanted to give everyone a heads up. We recently initiated a bulk refund to everyone who purchased online gift certificates during our shut down. This system should have been made unavailable during this time, but it wasn't. We had some requests for refunds, and we felt it was only fair to refund everyone rather than pick and choose who to refund. We are still in the process of trying to reopen and have actually started to set up a temporary space where we can resume our massage services. We will be announcing more on this at the start of next week, so please check back with us soon. We miss you all and are looking forward to seeing you all again soon.

This is just an update for everyone. Everything is out of the spa, and we hope most of the demolition has been completed. Fingers crossed, they will start putting us back together soon. We can't wait to see everyone once we are back up and running!

We are devastated to tell you that we will have to temporarily close our doors for renovations. This past week, our spa and neighboring suites were flooded due to a burst water pipe. At this time, we are being told repairs could take a couple months but we are hoping to be back sooner. Please bear with us during this soggy patch because we will be back and better than ever.
