This summer, a many of our community based matches enjoyed a refreshing escape from the heat at Rogers Aquatic Center this summer. From thrilling water slides to leisurely floats in the lazy river, every moment was filled with excitement and friendship!

Our team had an amazing time bonding at Mytbydesign 🎨🖌️ Nothing like a therapeutic painting session to spark creativity and bring us closer together. Huge thanks to MyT by Design for hosting such a fun and inspiring activity! 💚

Our August Match Activity was a total blast! 🎮 Matches gathered at our office for an epic gaming session with the NWA Rolling Video Games! From Minecraft to Mario Kart to Rocket League, everyone had a great time battling it out and making memories. Can't wait for the next adventure!

Our group mentorship meeting was a blast! The boys gathered at our office to play fun communication games, then practiced their fishing skills in the parking lot. 🐟 They're excited to head out for a real fishing trip again soon. It's all about building strong bonds and having fun together! 🌟

Meet Brandon, our new Development Director! With over a decade of experience in business and non-profit development, he has a knack for high-level fundraising and a passion for impactful change. He's dedicated to supporting programs that benefit the youth and families of Northwest Arkansas. Match 1️. Meet Bridget and her Little, Trinity! These two were immediately best friends and Trinity couldn’t contain her excitement for their upcoming roller skating adventure!

Match 2️. Big Family alert! Joseph, Angelique, their children, and their Little, Daili! Their match introduction was amazing, it felt like everyone had all met each other before!

Match 3️. Meet Lillian and her Little, Aurora! These two instantly hit it off, and you'd never think they were strangers! Fun fact: Aurora and her brother are now both matched in our program!

Match 4️. Meet Syndi and her Little, Aubreigh. They enjoyed a meal together at Chick- fil- a for their first outing, and enjoyed every bit of it!

🎣 Our Group Mentoring boys had a fantastic time fishing with some of their mentors! This program, launched in summer 2023, was designed to support male youth by offering enriching group activities! Through experiences like this, our mentors help these young men develop life skills, foster social connections, and prepare for their future. Here's to many more adventures!

Littles that are on our waitlist to be matched, or "waiting Littles" had a blast beading, coloring, and playing games at our latest waiting Little activity! Huge thank you to our amazing BBBS staff for making this day special for our Littles who are still waiting to be matched with their Bigs!

Riley was patiently waiting to turn 6 and join our program after seeing the support and positive impact her siblings had with their Bigs! From their first hangout at Petco, to grabbing dinner and reading at Barnes and Noble, this match uses every moment to bond and create memories!

Congratulations to Kristina and Noah, our outstanding staff members who are graduating! 🎓🎉 Enrollment Specialist, Kristina is now a proud graduate with a Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Arkansas. Noah, our versatile intern, is ready to spread his wings with a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Sciences.
