People are often looking for a quick fix when it comes to our health, this sadly just isn't the case. Time and consistency are the twin pillars of health transformation. For instance, regular exercise and a balanced diet can significantly reduce the risk of chronic diseases, but these benefits are typically seen over a period of 6 to 12 months. Just like chiropractic care, it takes time to remove nerve interference in the body, time for the body recognize it's gone, and to start healing. Hey Guys!

It's been a strange last Month. Behind the scenes we've been investigating a neck mass that randomly grew on the side of my husbands neck in about 24 Hours. It's been here for a little over a month, we've had a biopsy, and all the things.

On May 17th, Chad's 34th Birthday, we learned that the mass does contain cancer cells which, as you can imagine, is a huge shock. If you know us at all you know how intentional we are about our health.

The challenge is that we are currently uninsured. By grace of whatever spiritual entity is watching over us, open enrollment for us through his job is literally today. That doesn't mean this is going to be inexpensive by any stretch of the imagination.

I've got a GoFundMe running, and in 4 days we've managed to collect $3,500 to help us with paying for testing. So far we have enough for his PET scan (which will be at uninsured rates) but we need to rally for Surgery & Potentially Radiation.

This is in fact why my transition to Mat Work happened sooner rather than January 2025. Doing more floor based work will allow me to protect my hands and body so I can work more to support Chad as we go through this.
