Introducing our New Nurse Practitioner, Tabatha!

Tabatha Durand is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with many years of experience in the Emergency Department as an RN. Noticing that depersonalized protocols increasingly drove healthcare, Tabatha recognized that the “art of medicine” needed restoring. Until then, she was determined to continue her education (perpetually!) to protect patients from entities with lesser intentions.

Tabatha graduated summa cm laude with a Master of Science in Nursing with the goal of joining a Functional Medicine practice. After an internship at Apostol IFM, she was eager to develop and provide the same level of root cause investigation.
Originally from Tarrant and Wise counties, her family plans to move back when her active-duty husband retires.

When not reading a health book, Tabatha chases her five children, homeschools, grocery shops (5 kids!), homesteads, grows indestructible plants, and creates art. A firm believer in the human body’s ability to heal and a witness to the impacts of toxic burden, Tabatha continues to advocate for her client’s best interests hoping that each life change elevates humanity.

Tabitha will begin seeing patients on August 7th and will be present in the office for 10 days each month. We are thrilled to welcome her to our team!! If you have any inquiries, please feel free to contact us.

We have fantastic news to share! After an unexpected adventure involving a fire, we have successfully moved to our new location at 800 Parker Square, Suite 200, in the lively town of Flower Mound, TX! 🎉🔥💪

While the fire threw us a curveball, it also gave us the opportunity to rebuild and reimagine our space from scratch. We couldn't be more excited and looking forward to come back at full force to take care of all your healthcare needs.

As many of you are aware, the past eight months have been a whirlwind due to the unfortunate fire of our clinic. As you can imagine this has not been easy for any of us. We have been grateful for the opportunity to continue to operate through a temporary space. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging transition period as we strived to overcome these difficulties.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and patience during the recovery process. We unfortunately cannot return to our previous space due to extensive damages. 🏢

📢 We are thrilled to share the exciting news that we will be moving to our new location! 📢
Our relocation will take place during the final week of June 26th to July 4th. While our new office will remain within Parker Square, we will now be situated in Building 800, suite 200. The official opening of our new office is scheduled for July 5th.

In preparation for this move, we will be temporarily closing the clinic during the aforementioned period to ensure a smooth and efficient setup of our new space. We will be sure to send you another reminder email prior to the relocation.

2 years ago when I was trying to understand the role of inflammation and C*V*D

To give you an update on the fire: the building has sustained severe damage and will need to be completely renovated, which is expected to take at least 6 months. As you can imagine this entire experience has been very frustrating and heartbreaking to the Apostol family as we are now without the beautiful new office space we worked so hard to put together.


In the interim we have collaborated with Dr. Cluff of TLC Family Care in Flower Mound and have graciously been allowed the opportunity to share his office space while we wait for ours to be completed. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays we'll be seeing patients face-to-face at this temporary location. On Wednesdays I will continue my virtual visits. As for now Fridays will be reserved for urgent virtual visits and critical labs reviews only. This will enable us to operate at maximum capacity, including office visits, IV infusions, vitamin shots, and blood draws.

We have unfortunately experienced an electrical fire due to a neighboring business. This has required us to evacuate our clinic. Our clinic suffered lots of damages and we are in the process of trying to get it repaired. We unfortunately will have to close until further notice. Patients who are scheduled over the course of the next week will be contacted. Please bear with us during this difficult time.
