ALL ARE INVITED AND WELCOME TO ATTEND. The Mission will be centered upon the Eucharist, which we Catholics believe to be Christ himself. If this is true, and it definitely is, then we should allow God time to communicate with us. On Sunday and Monday evening, the Blessed Sacrament (the Eucharist) will be exposed on the altar. Fr. Kevin will lead the congregation in short meditations and reflections. While many Mission experiences are spent listening to a main speaker, this one will mostly be spent listening to God.
How does one "listen" to God? It is simple - we stop talking! Someone once said: "God is a perfect gentleman; he will never interrupt while we are speaking." Exactly! We need to give our stressful lives a break.
