The Office is a unique one stop shop group fitness studio where you can get all different styles of workouts under one roof.
Equipment will vary from a ballet barre, to boxing bags, spin bikes, to dumbbells that range from 5lb to 100lbs.

4 years ago today I opened the most special group fitness studio in Broward.
The Office has been owned by my family since the 90s and was actually my parents office! I literally grew up down the street and graduated from the high-school across the street. This place has very special energy and couldn’t of asked for a better outcome. Beyond thankful for all the lessons that led me to opening this place, the clients that keep the energy alive and forever grateful to my rockstar parents for allowing me to transform it.
