Instead of using a basic Powerlifting template, we have blended traditional strength training with a variety of higher rep exercises, hypertrophy training, more time under tension, lots of assistance exercises and even some conditioning.
Our 12 week program is perfect for anyone looking for variety in their training and still wants to build strength and size while still focusing on some conditioning.

TEAM SOUL POWERLIFTING
Our Team Soul Powerlifting Program is designed to improve the athletes squat, bench press, and deadlift in preparation for a powerlifting meet. However, you can join this program even if you’re not prepping for a meet! The goal is to see an increase in strength and technical efficiency on your lifts.
This cycle will have different training blocks with different focuses, comprised of 5 lifting sessions per week. The first block will start with volume or preparation so you can get used to a higher frequency of lifts and increase the overall volume of lifts you’re comfortable with.
A few other things you will see this cycle are see a combination of 1RM percentages and RPE to program load, a full squat/bench/deadlift day per week, and a taper week at the end of the cycle to prepare you to compete or max out.

TEAM SOUL TRAINING △
This cycle brings the reintroduction of double sessions every day in the form of a “Primary” and a “Secondary” session. However, the program is designed to prepare you for in-person competition utilizing your Primary session only. All of these elements are programmed in the secondary session, which can be added on any given day, depending on your availability: gymnastics, aerobic capacity, odd object work, mixed work, and event style workouts.

Team Soul Pressure athlete, and MMA fighter, Chris, has been on our Pressure Program for about 3 months and says he’s noticed a tremendous increase in his athleticism.
“For the past several years I’ve been doing my own programming, but leaving it in the hands of Team Soul has saved me a lot of time and energy in planning. Having many different coaches on the floor to help me through certain movements is also great.
The pressure program is very dynamic. It covers many different areas of fitness. In the past several months my aerobic & anaerobic cardio, power, and strength have all improved.
I even hybridized my pressure program with the running program in order to prepare for a 10K and I surpassed my goal time for the race by a lot”
