JNF is extremely proud to partner with the region’s leading pediatric hospitals, including Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital (formerly Miami Children’s Hospital) for the purpose of referring qualified children and families for consideration.

Today, we were honored to host 17 senior students from the Honors Law Program at American Heritage High School for their senior internship. These bright young minds had the opportunity to assist in the defense of an Attempted Murder case and engage in a thoughtful discussion of Florida's Stand Your Ground Law.

It is truly inspiring to see students so passionate about the field of law. As someone who did not have access to these opportunities during my own high school years, I am thrilled to see American Heritage High School offering such invaluable experiences to their students.

Congratulations to these seniors on their upcoming graduation and best of luck as they embark on their future endeavors in the legal field. Keep up the great work, American Heritage High School!

Our team has just secured another not guilty verdict, and we couldn't be more thrilled! This win is a reminder of the importance of fighting for what's just and fair. It is times like this, that we are reminded that we have the greatest justice system in the world.
While our justice system isn't perfect, we're committed to ensuring it's always fair and never taken advantage of.

This victory was particularly 'satisfying' as we faced a prosecutor who fought against the Sixth Amendment right to cross-examination. This was accomplished by not calling the victim, in the State's case in chief. Perhaps an acceptable and allowable (yet unwise) decision.

The more troubling aspect of this was the doubling down and also successfully fighting against the accused to call that same witness in their own case in chief.

The accused was facing decades in prison, but had the courage (and I guess audacity) to turn down a felony on their record and probation.

We're proud to have secured justice for our client and to continue fighting for what's right. Join us in celebrating justice, victory, and 'Sarisfaction

The Attorney General's Reason, to restrict minors acess to p**n. The tradeoff, the Government could get access to who is watching p**n, and what if your identity or Federal ID card is stolen. Yes, children should not have access to p**n- but is a headache being traded with an ulcer, with this proposed age verification method?
