BridgeCap Partners and IHG Mechanical Services have formed a strategic joint venture to provide cost savings to tenants in the cold storage warehousing sector.
BridgeCap Cold Storage is a relationship-driven full-suite real estate and maintenance solution that assists clients with optimizing their cold chains. By leveraging strategic partnerships, BridgeCap Cold Storage delivers cost savings to tenants and outsized returns to investors.
Our mission is to create a better solution for our tenants/clients by combining long-term, deep user relationships with a unique value proposition to create a competitive advantage over other operators in the cold storage/logistics sector.

· Offering comprehensive Preventative Maintenance programs custom-designed to meet the requirements of the client’s facility and budget.
· Passionate pursuit of service is what IHG is built upon, offering a 2-hour response time on most (DFW) service calls and 24 hour, 7 days per week dispatch service.
· Additional services include new facility design and construction, retrofit of existing facilities, and direct replacement of equipment.
Additionally, through our partnership with BridgeCap Partners, we are pleased to offer a full-suite real estate and maintenance solution that assists its clients with optimizing their Cold Chains.
